4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

JobPilot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When JobPilot accesses your Gmail inbox via OAuth, it does so strictly to scan for job application status updates, automated responses, and interview invitations. We do not use this data for serving advertisements, nor do we sell this data to third parties.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: Sub-processors (e.g., hosting, email, AI platforms) only under NDA and GDPR-aligned terms; and Legal authorities, but only when required by law.

We rely on: Your consent (e.g., cookies, newsletter opt-in, Gmail OAuth access); Our legitimate interests (e.g., website analytics, security); and Legal obligations where applicable.

We retain data only as necessary for its intended purpose: Usage data (up to 12 months); Form submissions (until the request is fulfilled); Third-Party API Data (retained only as long as you maintain your account or integration with us); and Required legal or financial data (per local regulations).
