By accessing or using the websites and services provided by Oploy (including oploy.eu) and its subdomains (like jobpilot.oploy.eu) (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.

Oploy provides consultation and SaaS tools, including but not limited to JobPilot, an application tracking platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use some parts of the Services (e.g., JobPilot), you must create an account. You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; All activities that occur under your account; and Ensuring the data and permissions you provide us (such as OAuth tokens for syncing email) are accurate, lawful, and authorized.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: Use the Services for any unlawful purpose; Attempt to hack, destabilize, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code; Use our Services to extract other individuals' data without consent; or Resell, reproduce, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from Oploy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and underlying code on Oploy properties (including JobPilot) belong to Oploy. Using the Services does not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Services may rely on or integrate with third-party services (such as Google APIs). Your usage of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or privacy practices of these external providers.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oploy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including data loss, goodwill, or business reputation) incurred arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union, without regarding its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the relevant courts in the Netherlands.
